Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

• At this time, we ship only within the United States.
• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. (Edit if you do allow this.)

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mindfulmrkt.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
